As a Growth Manager at you will be instrumental in expanding in Peru by sourcing and onboarding new bus operators, executing go-to-market strategies, establishing channel partnerships (Vehicle manufacturers, financers, government bodies, transport authorities), and ensuring the successful implementation of technology platform. You will act as an account owner who will also be responsible for customer delight and on time collections

Core Sales KPIs:

Client Acquisition: Number of new Buses/ Operators onboarded per quarter
Revenue Growth: Increase in total revenue from new and existing clients
On time collections: Ensure 95%+ on time collections

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

Liaise with bus operators, government bodies, transport authorities
Identify and initiate discussions with potential local partners / OEMs/ financers to build strategic alliances that support growth
Be on ground to identify new leads for adding more clients
Manage end to end new acquisition funnel (new leads to client onboarding)
Communicate with operations team and clients to support client onboarding
Understand product capabilities to drive efficient client consultations

Customer and Stakeholder Relations:

Manage relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Oversee customer service and suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish/Regional dialect, both written and verbal

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in on-ground Sales, organising growth related events, or a related role within the transportation or mobility space. (Experience in a product based startup from transport, tech mobility, or fast paced tech operations is strong advantage)

Skills:

Lead generation / Pipeline building / Funnel management (includes on ground visits to build trust and product demos)
Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
Broad knowledge of the tech industry, with experience in implementing technology solutions.
